Duty free diesel

The request for duty free diesel is to be filed within 30 days after entry into force H.G nr. 408/2010 or in range 9th August – 10th September including. The request is directed to the County Centers from APIA.

According MADR order nr. 177/2010, in period 9.08- 10.09. 2010 you can bring your request to benefit of reduced duty for diesel, achieved and used in agriculture in third and fourth quarters of the year 2010. The request is accompanied by a summary of situation quantity of diesel achieved in quarters three and four and documents specified in the Order 126/2010.

According HG 408/2010, for diesel fuel used to make mechanical work in agriculture has established a reduced rate of 21 euro/1.000 liter. The rate is 293,215 euro/1.000 liters in 2010 and 309 euro/1.000 liters in 2012.

State aid beneficiaries for diesel can be agricultural producers:
